How does it work?
Fill out the application form.
We will request information such as: Identification, Monthly Income, Specifications of the house you are looking for, and References. It will only take you 5 minutes to complete.
Choose a home.
You can select one of the houses from our property catalog or let us know about a house you like, and we will acquire it for you.
Tour your new home to make sure it’s the right fit.
It is crucial to visit the house with you. Once you decide which one you like, we can proceed with the search. Houses are delivered in their current condition, whether move-in ready or needing renovation according to your preference.
Sign your contract.
Once you decide on the house, we will proceed to sign the contract at our office in the presence of a notary. We will provide you with a contract in Spanish to ensure everything is fully understood in your language.
Move into your dream house.
Congratulations on the purchase of your new home! Now, you just need to adhere to the payment dates agreed upon in the contract.

The time can vary. If you choose a house from our catalog, the process can take 1 to 3 weeks. If you prefer a property you bring to us, it could take approximately 2 to 5 weeks. We ensure each step is managed efficiently so you get your home as soon as possible.
No, houses are sold in the condition they are in. This allows you to visualize and decide on the property just as you saw it during your initial visit.
Once you choose a house, our team will provide you with a detailed simulation of monthly payments for all available terms. This helps you make an informed decision about your investment.

Yes, you can make additional payments. However, there is a minimum period of 5 years during which a penalty would apply if you decide to pay off your loan early. After those 5 years, you can pay off your home without any penalties.
